But lots of potential viewers have been put off by its bizarre en-suite set up. The only issue is that the sink, shower and toilet are completely exposed by glass walls. Estate agents Sefftons has listed the "glass ensuite" as one of the key features of the home.
They explain that the unusual layout is "designed to immerse you in the fantastic views", as the master suite overlooks the River Wensum at the rear of the home.
