William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. Rooms at some of Manchester city centre's 'most affordable hotels' are going for as much as £500 on the first weekend that Oasis are set to return to their home city.

Yesterday (August 27), Noel and Liam Gallagher announced they would be reuniting and are planning to embark on a huge world tour in 2025 - including four homecoming shows in Heaton Park.

The Manchester dates are set to take place on Friday July 11, Saturday July 12 and then Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20.

Following the huge announcement, room prices at hotels across Manchester skyrocketed by hundreds of pounds for the date of the concerts.
