A man cut his own neck before being tasered by police in a horrifying incident outside a library in Little Hulton in broad daylight.
Police raced to the Little Hulton District centre at around 5pm yesterday (Wednesday) and discovered an ‘extremely agitated’ man with a blade to his neck self harming.
The man approached officers who disarmed him using a taser. First aid was given to the man by officers at the scene before paramedics arrived and took over.
