A British man and his South African wife, who were on their honeymoon, have tragically been killed in a suspected 'terrorist' attack in Uganda.
The couple and their Ugandan guide were driving through the Queen Elizabeth National Park when they were attacked by a group linked to the so-called Islamic State terror group.
Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni condemned the attack on social media, saying: "It was a cowardly act on the part of the terrorists attacking innocent civilians and tragic for the couple who were newlyweds and visiting Uganda on their honeymoon.
Of course, these terrorists will pay with their own wretched lives." The killers are believed to be members of the Allied Democratic Forces, a group with ties to IS.
