Jennifer Maas TV Business Writer “Home Town” stars and celebrity renovation experts Ben and Erin Napier have re-upped their exclusive talent deal at HGTV.

As part of the pact, the show will be extended for 32 more episodes shooting through 2027. The Napiers’ “Home Town” follows the Southern couple as they work to revitalize outdated homes and turn-of-the-century historical locations in their small town of Laurel, Mississippi, while navigating their busy family life.

It has aired nine seasons since debuting in 2016. Previous seasons of “Home Town” are currently available to stream on HGTV parent company Warner Bros.

Discovery’s streamers Max and Discovery+, and new episodes begin streaming Sundays at 8 p.m. The show has spurred multiple spinoffs, including “Home Town: Ben’s Workshop,” which premiered in January 2021, “Home Town Takeover,” which debuted May 2021, and “Home Town Kickstart,” which launched in April 2022. “Our collaboration with Ben and Erin has led to ‘Home Town’s’ popularity with our key audiences and strong ratings performance every season,” HGTV head of content Loren Ruch said. “This new deal will ensure fans get more of what they love about the series, which is the Napiers’ charming relationship dynamic and passion for designing beautiful family homes in their small town.” The Napiers added in a joint statement: “The HGTV family is where we belong.
