Robert Steiner A new boutique firm has launched in Los Angeles to offer a particular set of services for the entertainment industry’s major players and newcomers alike.
Entertainment law veteran Gregg Ramer has unveiled Ramer Entertainment Law, A.P.C., which aims to provide both companies and individuals working in entertainment with effective and personable representation.
Services include film financing, executive employment negotiations, union and guild matters and intellectual property analysis.
A frequent Variety Intelligence Platform guest columnist (see his piece on the Disney-DirecTV carriage standoff), Ramer has been representing Hollywood throughout his two-decade legal career, starting as an attorney for the Directors Guild of America right out of Loyola Law School.
