Hollyoaks star feeling 'so lucky' as she announces pregnancy
ok.co.ukHollyoaks star Daisy Wood Davis has announced she is pregnant with her second baby. Daisy, 33, took to Instagram on Tuesday, June 18 to share an adorable video from the past year - which saw the actress marry her co-star Majid Mehdizadeh-Valoujerdy, 34, and raise their son Asa, two.
At the end of the montage, it was revealed she's expecting once again, with a due date of December 2024. In her caption, she wrote: "Wait till the end to see a big surprise, today marks 8 years together and 2 years married (we got married on our anniversary) and what a journey we are on… "I really don’t know how I got so lucky.
Also want to send a message out to all our friends and family who came to our wedding, we love you all so much and are still blown away by all of you coming & bringing the biggest party to the south of Spain! Daisy, who played Kim Butterfield on the Channel 4 soap from 2014 to 2018, was seen undergoing an ultrasound scan in the video, which had been filtered into black-and-white.
Her announcement comes just days after she was harshly criticised by other mums for letting her son wear a dress. She shared a message from the pre-school, expressing her joy that her two year old was given the chance to try on a dress and join in with singing and dancing with his friends.
