The This Morning star turned 59 on April 1 - aka April Fool's Day - and Holly along with the ITV show's team made sure the occasion was marked.
And Holly, who celebrated her 40th in February, arrived a the studio with a sweet gift for Phillip that had a personal family touch.
Phillip took to Instagram to share a video of himself in his dressing room as he was serenaded by Holly and other members of the This Morning team.
