Holly Willoughby, the former This Morning presenter, has shared a mysterious message about "fear and rejection" on her Wylde Moon brand's Instagram account, shortly after her successful return to TV screens.

The 42 year old stepped down from her role as co-presenter of This Morning in October and her future on Dancing On Ice was uncertain until December 27, when ITV announced she would be returning to host the show with Stephen Mulhern.

Holly previously presented the ice-skating contest with her ex-best friend Phillip Schofield, who left the broadcaster in May after admitting to an "unwise, but not illegal" affair with a younger male This Morning colleague.
