Holly, 41, and former cricketer turned TV star Freddie, 44, will host The Games live on ITV every night this week, from Monday, May 9 to Friday, May 13.
For weeks twelve celebrities have been stepping out of their comfort zones to be coached and trained before having to compete live to the nation in various Olympic-style events.
Among those hoping to be crowned top of the medals table is Coronation Street star Colson Smith, best known for playing the loveable Craig Tinker in the ITV soap, and Emmerdale's Rebecca Sarker, who stars as Manpreet Sharma.
