His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Holly Willoughby looked like she was carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders as she stepped out in London last week.

She appeared lost in thought as she looked at her phone, perhaps still absorbing the backlash she and her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield have faced following claims they jumped the queue to see the Queen lying in state.

Days earlier, Holly addressed the public during a segment on the show saying they “totally understand the reaction”. However, while she was able to put on a professional front for the cameras, body language expert Judi James observed it was likely Holly had a tearful week. “Holly and Phil have enough TV experience to mask any amount of pressure or emotions behind the scenes,” Judi told OK!. “Their subtler rituals and gestures do seem to reflect a more subdued emotional state though, with Holly showing some clues that she could have been in tears off-camera about their ‘Queue-gate’ situation.

She performed a head-wobble smile and her eyes look narrowed, which can be another sign of tears behind the scenes.” As Holly got stuck into presenting duties, Judi noted: “Holly’s smile looks less prompted by her signature enthusiasm here.
