Holly Willoughby has taken to social media to post for the first time since the queue-jumping row erupted last week. The 41 year old This Morning presenter has kept a low social media profile since she and and co-host Phillip Schofield were met with furious backlash after many thought they'd skipped the hours-long wait to see the Queen's coffin.

But the mum-of-three broke her off-screen silence with a post on Instagram on Friday morning. On her Instagram stories, she shared a post by her pal and fellow TV presenter Lisa Snowdon about winning Celebrity Masterchef.

Holly added the words "congrats" and "well done clever lady" with a heart emoji alongside a photo of a smiling Lisa in her apron holding her Masterchef trophy.

It was her first social media post since 12 September, when she shared photos of cards written by her three children to the Queen following her Majesty's death with her eight million Instagram followers.
