Holly Willoughby makes grim Ruth Langsford confession from backstage at ITV This Morning

Holly Willoughby has confessed to doing something rather grim behind Ruth Langsford's back on This Morning. The TV presenter, who is currently off-air on her regular half-term break, left Alison Hammond in hysterics with the admission.

The pair, who hosted This Morning together for the first time earlier this month, were chatting on Holly's podcast, By The Light Of The Moon, which forms part of her Wylde Moon lifestyle brand.

The conversation delved into Alison's life before landing her job on This Morning as well as her home life and childhood. Talking about her This Morning glam team, Alison, 47, said: "They literally transform me. I literally rock up looking homeless at work…I look like a bag lady. "I go into this room, there’s Michelle, there's Sarah and Mikey, and I come out looking like a Hollywood superstar. "I love the clothes…I love the dressing room.
