Holly Willoughby looked gorgeous this week as she embraced a natural look with a monochrome selfie, rocking a post-shower and no make-up look.

The This Morning presenter, 42, took to the Instagram page of her lifestyle brand Wylde Moon to question fans on their hair-wash routine, while showing her own blonde locks soaked through.

Beaming for the bare faced picture, the star, who also recently opened up about her skin concerns, began a discussion amongst fans about how often you should wash your hair.

She wrote: "How often should you wash your hair? Does apple cider vinegar make your hair shiny? But it wasn't just hair routines that got followers talking in the comment section, as many took the time to compliment Holly on her radiant look.
