Holly Willoughby was flooded with comments as she shared a rare family selfie on Instagram over the weekend. She took to the photo-sharing platform to send birthday wishes to her big sister Kell as she celebrated her birthday.

To mark Kelly's 43rd birthday on Saturday (May 14), the This Morning host, 41, shared a sweet snap of herself alongside her lookalike sister with her 7.8million followers.

The pair were soon cosied up outside as they posed for a selfie in front of what looked like a bar on wheels. "Happy birthday to my beautiful sister @ladywilloughby," Holly captioned the snap in a message to her sibling and business partner "….
