The two women, who have three children each, were visibly upset after viewing the clip of Emma's TV show, Emma Willis: Delivering Babies.
The dramatic footage saw midwives resuscitating a new born child as panicked parents looked on. Emma was on the edge of seat as she viewed it on her computer at home, and became emotional yet again as she watched it alongside Holly, 40, and Phil, 58.
