Richard Kay, a friend of the late Princess Diana and current Editor at large for the Daily Mail, has suggested that Prince Harry's recent appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show is not something his brother, Prince William, would have done.
Speaking on the publication's Palace Confidential podcast, Richard commented on the delicate balance Harry is trying to maintain between his celebrity status and Royal heritage.
He said: "Harry is treading this very difficult line between celebrity and royalty still...he looked very dignified in Lesotho but it's a country he's got a lot of connection with.
But back in America, he's still tried to play the royal jester, the joker when he goes on these talk shows." He added: "I think his brother would never do anything like that or if he did it would be much more controlled.
