Hilary Erhard Duff (born September 28, 1987) is an American actress, businesswoman, singer, songwriter, producer, and writer. Duff began her acting career at a young age and quickly became labeled a teen idol as the title character of the hit television series Lizzie McGuire (2001–2004) and in the theatrical film based on the series, The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003).

For their night out, Hilary wore a blue sheer blouse paired with black pants while Nicole sported strapless black top with jeans.
If you didn’t know, Nicole is married to Joel Madden, who Hilary dated for almost three years in the early 2000s.
The two couples have gotten close as they all live in the same neighborhood. In an interview from last year, Hilary opened up about friendship with Nicole and Joel.
