Hilary Duff is now a mother of four! The 36 year old actress and her husband, Matthew Koma, welcomed their newest addition, a baby girl born via water birth on May 3.The Disney Channel star shared the news on Instagram, introducing their daughter as Townes Meadow Bair and expressing joy over finally holding her in their arms after months of waiting.

Alongside an adorable pic of the newborn, taken moments after her birth, Hilary penned: "Townes Meadow Bair , now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks! "I have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic.

We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty.” Alongside their newborn, Hilary and Matthew are parents to daughters Banks, five, and Mae, two.
