A brave mum pulled her two young sons from a burning car moments before it exploded. Mellisa Grant was headed to the shops in Walsall in her Vauxhall Corsa with her little ones Braidan, three, and one-year-old Bradley in the back seat on Friday November 26.
She had turned on the heating to de-mist the windows when she noticed the passenger footwell was in flames, according to the Mirror.
Courageously, the 27-year-old threw Braidan away from the vehicle as she fought to get Bradley out of his car seat - with the family making it out just seconds before the car 'exploded'.She then ran to a house close by, 'throwing up' on the lawn as she called emergency services.Mellisa and her children have been left badly shaken by the ordeal.She said:
