Helen Skelton has been flooded with messages from fans after being subject to a remark branding her daughter 'filthy' while popping into the supermarket.

The Morning Live host had another busy weekend on her hands as she made the most of the weather and got her kids out into the great outdoors.

Helen, 40, is often seen spending her downtime making the most of her time off, particularly locally to her home in Cumbria, alongside youngsters Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old Elsie, who she shares with her rugby star ex-husband Richie Myler.

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Helen shared a string of snaps showing how she spent the time in the sunny weather. Starting the carousel of images, the Strictly Come Dancing star could be seen enjoying a pink drink as she watched her kids burning off some steam.
