Helen Skelton has been supported by fans as she described her life as going at a 'hundred miles an hour'. The TV star took to social media with a string of snaps documenting how she spent some of her recent time with her children, family and friends.

In the first images shared to Instagram, Helen could be seen lifting her daughter, Elsie, into the air while out in the great outdoors.

There was also pictures of the former Blue Peter star at work on Morning Live, catching up with friends over cake and watching her sons play football.
