The Countryfile host took to social media with a video that featured a compilation of pictures and clips of herself at work, on holiday and in the great outdoors.
Helen's children also featured, as did friend and co-star Dan Walker, following the recent success of their own Channel 5 show, Dan and Helen's Pennine Adventure.
But the 40-year-old's social post addressed her different outfits as she remembered some words that were once shared with her.
