Alongside the offerings - that showed beauty with her fiancé Scott Sinclair and their two daughters Matilda, three and one-year-old Delilah - she penned: "Our 3rd baby arriving March 2021 @scotty__sinclair." The two little ones could be seen holding up ultrasound snaps in two of the sweet photos.
The second snap showed the Helen and Scott beaming as the sporting star rested his hand on his wife-to-be's growing bump. The third showed the family posing for a cute selfie.
