Helen Flanagan has courageously shared that only recently has she started to eat bread again, after suffering from an eating disorder since she was 16.

The actress, 34, known for her role as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, has spoken about her struggles and the positive influence motherhood has had on her recovery.

Gaining fame at a tender age of 10 on the cobbles, Helen quickly became a household name.Explaining her past challenges on the podcast, The Life Of Bryony, she recalled: "I remember kind of like school nurse being involved and like Coronation Street."Further citing as reported by OK!

that "They would call my mum up, and she was like, 'Helen, you'll lose your job'.
