Heidi Klum is venturing into the music world once again, teaming up with Snoop Dogg and DJ duo WeddingCake for the new song Chai Tea With Heidi.The 48-year-old supermodel previously released her first single Wonderland back in 2006 and she contributed to then-husband Seal's 2007 album System.The America's Got Talent host appears in a number of scintillating outfits in the black-and-white music video, which was shot in Los Angeles.
