Heidi Klum's dad could be jailed in legal fight over his granddaughter's name

mirror.co.ukCatwalk queen Heidi Klum is in a fight with her dad which could see him jailed for six months. The spat is over commercial deals for Heidi’s model daughter Leni, 17.
Gunther, 75, has trademarked Leni’s name and could face jail if “malicious intent” is proved. According to his Instagram page, he registered the name with the EU in March.
Gunther also trademarked Leni’s nickname Mausekatze – mousecat. America’s Got Talent judge Heidi, 47, is believed to have fired off a legal challenge and tried to win the rights to Leni’s name herself.
German lawyer Stephan Ruben told Bild newspaper: “Should Gunther Klum violate the rights of third parties he will be threatened with an injunction which, if granted, will cost him €250,000 or six months of
