Fans of Heartstopper have been quick to commend Joe Locke for his performance in the new Marvel's Agatha All Along trailer.The Isle of Man-born actor, who is best known for his lead role as Charlie Spring in the Netflix teen LGBTQ+ series Heartstopper, will soon be gracing our screens again in the new Marvel mini-series.Agatha All Along focuses on Kathryn Hahn's character, Agatha Harkness, from the highly praised Marvel Studios' series WandaVision, as she embarks on a perilous and enigmatic journey filled with challenges.
The pilot episode is directed by showrunner Jac Schaeffer, the creative mind behind WandaVision.Joining Hahn and Locke in the cast of Agatha All Along are Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein and Miles Gutierrez-Riley.
Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone and Aubrey Plaza complete the ensemble. The series is directed by Jac Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg and Gandja Montiero.
Disney unveiled a new trailer - which you can view above - over the weekend, reports the Manchester Evening News. Heartstopper fans were particularly impressed by Locke's American accent.They took to X, previously known as Twitter, to laud Locke's performance.
