Tennis star Annabel Croft stepped out in public for the first time since her husband Mel Coleman's unexpected death in May.The sporting-pro-turned-pundit, 56, was seen attending the second day of the Wimbledon Tennis Championship, where she is set to make appearances on a string of BBC shows to comment on the matches.
Returning to the All England Club, which had brought her much joy and success throughout her tennis career, Annabel smiled for photos as she donned a pink denim jumpsuit and green cardigan.
She carried her belongings in a large navy blue bag, and could be seen still sporting her wedding ring. She accesorised further with a silver necklace around her neck.
Annabel's return to the public eye comes after the devastating loss of her husband of 30 years, Mel, who passed away aged 60 after a "shock" battle with cancer.The couple have three adult children together, Charlie, Amber and Lily.The former America’s Cup yachtsman, who co-ran a tennis school with Annabel, was diagnosed with stage three cancer after complaining of sudden stomach problems, reports the Mirror.
