Taking to social media over the weekend, former Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw confessed the "fog" she once lived in lifted when she adopted a sober lifestyle.

Posting a picture of herself looking healthy and happy in a floral pink dress, the 39-year-old opened up about her relationship with alcohol in a lengthy caption on July 4 as she celebrated a soberiety milestone. "Happy 4th July everyone!!" she began when talking to her 88,500 Instagram followers. "Today marks 547 days sober living for me and as I sit back and reflect on my old habits and lifestyle I am feeling quite emotional.
