Hayden Panettiere Spotted Out for First Time After She & Boyfriend Brian Hickerson Were Involved in Bar Brawl

Hayden Panettiere is running a few errands. The 32-year-old Nashville and Heroes actress stepped out with a friend to do a little shopping on Thursday afternoon (April 7) in Malibu, Calif.

For her outing, Hayden kept things casual in a black T-shirt paired with black sweatpants. Thursday’s outing marks the first time Hayden has been spotted out since she and boyfriend Brian Hickerson were involved in a bar brawl a few weeks ago. Click inside to read more… Last month, Hayden and Brian got into a wild fight with several bar patrons that started inside the Sunset Marquis hotel in West Hollywood, before the fight was taken outside.

It was reported that Brian spit on one patron, which lead to the fight. Afterwards, Hayden went back into the hotel and apologized to the staff.

While the police were called, no report was filed. According to TMZ, Brian‘s probation officer believes that he is in violation of certain conditions of his probation, which is currently in place until 2025 as a result of his domestic violence conviction back in April 2021 after allegedly punching Hayden in the face. Brian is scheduled to appear in court later this month, where he could face 26 weeks of anger management and 26 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous for violating his probation conditions.
