Manchester Arena bombing accused Hashem Abedi told police 'I could never have envisaged that my brother had it in him to do this to innocent people', his murder trial was told.
He declined to answer questions following his extradition from Libya in 2019 but denied any involvement in his brother Salman's 2017 suicide bombing at the Arena in a prepared statement he gave to officers, a court heard.
