According to TMZ.com, the lawsuit was filed by a Jane Doe, who claims she met Weinstein at an event in Los Angeles back in 2014, where he told her “I run Hollywood” and suggested they should meet up.
The woman alleges she went to meet the disgraced producer, who is currently serving a 23-year sentence at Rikers Island prison after being found guilty of rape and sexual assault, at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
When she arrived, he allegedly told her to come up to his room. In the legal documents, the woman claims Weinstein answered the door wearing a bathrobe
