Harry Styles earns the Official Irish Chart Double this week following the release of his third solo album, Harry’s House. Harry’s House flies into Number 1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart, earning the biggest first week of an album so far this year – As It Was did the same for a single on its debut back in April.
Harry also sees his previous albums enjoy a boost, with 2019’s Fine Line up three (5) and 2017’s Harry Styles returning to the Top 50 (23).
On the Irish Singles Chart, As It Was earns an impressive eighth week at Number 1, leading an all-Styles Top 3, with album tracks Late Night Talking coming in at 2, and Matilda at 3.
Last week’s Number 1 album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers by Kendrick Lamar finishes at Number 3, and ABBA see their Gold greatest hits album rise three places back up the chart to Number 10 as their boundary-pushing avatar concert, ABBA Voyage, sees its world premiere this week.
