Harry’s Heroes supertrainer Luke Worthington has explained why the current series of the hit ITV show was tougher than last year’s creation.
Harry Redknapp led a team of former England players to victory over Germany in 2019’s show and has now taken his troops on a tour across Europe.
It culminates tonight with a trip to Germany for a rematch against the old English foes. Worthington is in charge of the weight management and fitness of the likes of Paul Merson, David Seaman and Matt Le Tissier, as he was in series one.
