Harry Potter fans have been reminded that there is definitely still a global pandemic going on and warned not to head to King’s Cross station on September 1 because, well, coronavirus.
Every year on the first day of September, Potter fans from far and wide usually flock to King’s Cross to mark the exact moment the Hogwarts Express leaves from platform nine and three quarters.
Fans usually group together and raise their wands while cheering on the train that takes students to the school of witchcraft and wizardry in the much loved book and movie series.
But, this year such a gathering is proving to be a little problematic in the middle of a pandemic and fans are being urged to stay at home for health and safety purposes.
