The 27-year-old has declared his intent to leave in the summer transfer window, with a move to Manchester City seemingly on the cards.
And Kane's wife, Kate, posted a video to her Instagram story showing the forward emotionally hugging his two closest team-mates, Heung-Min Son and Dele Alli, after the final whistle.
In the video, the three - who have been instrumental in Spurs' success in recent years including challenges for the Premier League title and their trip to the Champions League final - were hugging with their heads bowed.
