Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly turned down offers from both the Queen and Prince Charles to visit them during their time in the UK this week.

The revelations were revealed on Tuesday morning, when royal expert Katie Nicholl claimed that the pair had rejected two invitations so far during their brief trip to the UK.

According to Katie, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex turned down invitations to meet with the Queen and Prince Charles, much to the heartbreak of both, as they had been looking forward to reconnecting with their grandchildren.

Speaking on GB News Breakfast with Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster, Katie said: “I can tell you exclusively that they were invited at the end of August. “The Queen always has this wonderful, extended stay for her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. There's a big sleepover at Balmoral, they were invited to go to that. “They were also invited to go to Birkhall with the Prince of Wales and thus far they haven't done it.” In recent weeks, rumours have been circulating of a growing feud between Harry and his father, as tensions in the family remain strained since Harry and Meghan’s decision to emigrate to the US, but this is something that Prince Charles is keen to remedy.
