Hamilton Accies have confirmed the retirement of former Rangers and Hearts winger David Templeton.The 32-year-old has played three Championship games for Stuart Taylor's side this season and suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring problem this month.Templeton was already an U14s coach at the club and he will continue in that role now he has hung up his boots.A tricky wide player, Templeton rose to prominence at Hearts after a spell at Stenhousemuir and scored a famous goal against Liverpool at Anfield in the Europa League.He then moved to Rangers in 2012 for a four-year spell.His career ends with two spells at Hamilton sandwiched between a stint at Burton Albion.
