Adrian Beck has backtracked on comments made to a German newspaper where he unleashed an explosive rant on Hamilton Accies and Brian Rice.The midfielder made just six appearances while on loan at New Douglas Park from Belgian outfit Union Saint-Gilloise and failed to help the club win a single game.
The 22-year-old, now with German fourth-tier side SSV Ulm, was quoted in newspaper Stimme dubbing the Scottish game as "only high and wide balls" that was "not my idea of football".
A strange rant on Rice, who bravely came forward with a gambling addiction and was suspended by the SFA, was also published where Beck claimed in Germany the gaffer would have been sacked.
