Hamilton Accies chairman Jock Brown has invited beleagured supporters to a Fans Forum next week amid the club's perilous position in the Scottish Championship.

On Tuesday night, Accies lost 3-0 to Raith Rovers - with all three goals conceded in the opening half hour - and boss John Rankin admitted he takes the responsibility for a result he described as 'humiliating'.

Like you we feel the hurt of every setback and we appreciate that expectations have not been met in recent weeks."On that basis we feel the time is right in these challenging times for you to have the opportunity to hear from us – and let us hear from you – about the issues facing the club, and how we collectively should address them."On that basis I am inviting you to a Fans Forum next Wednesday 5th February at 7pm, at Hamilton Racecourse, where we propose to have open, honest dialogue about the team, our objectives as a club and board, and the steps we are taking to move the club forward."Your support
