Hamilton Accies bring in "attack-minded" trialist as boss admits a new signing escaped them this morning

Hamilton Accies boss Stuart Taylor is running the rule over an "attacked-minded" trialist after missing out on a new signing this morning.The New Douglas Park side were close to securing their third signing of the window following the arrivals of defender Dan O'Reilly and wide man Ellis Brown on New Year's Day.However, Taylor was left disappointed as he missed out on the player's services.Accies will continue to monitor their trialist over the coming days and work is ongoing with a number of other targets.

Taylor told Lanarkshire Live Sport: "We've got a player in about the place at the moment. "I'd like to think, attacking-wise, it might be good for the club but we might not do it."We might change our mind, so we'll need to wait and see.
