Instead of the traditional trick-or-treating and fancy dress parties revellers are being encouraged to get together on Zoom instead.In Los Angeles, where celebrities compete every year to create the most impressive spooky costumes at elaborate, star-studded parties, Halloween has been all but cancelled.Traditional trick-or-treating is banned "because it can be very difficult to maintain proper social distancing on porches and at front doors especially in neighbourhoods that are popular with trick or treaters," according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Department of.
