Hairy Bikers star Si King stung in Instagram scam following tragic death of co-star Dave Myers

The Hairy Bikers' Si King has been caught up in a cruel Instagram scam after his best mate Dave Myers died. Someone made a fake 'Si King' account and asked for money for Dave's family.The real Hairy Bikers' Instagram shared a post, warning fans.

It said: "Hello everyone, it's come to our attention that someone has set up a fake 'Si King' profile asking for donations for Dave's family. "This is a scam so please avoid clicking on anything or giving out any personal information!

Please block and report the page. We are aware of the situation and are working to get it resolved.The HB team." Dave, who was married to Liliana Orzac, told his fans he had cancer in May 2022, but never revealed what kind.

When Dave passed away at 66 last month, Si said: "All who knew Dave are devastated at his passing. His beloved wife brought him such happiness as did her children, Iza and Sergiu who Dave loved like his own. "Personally, I am not sure I can put into words on how I feel at the moment.
