The pair were pictured hitting the stores in West Hollywood on Thursday. Hailey flashed her bare midriff on the chilly January day in a black crop top and high-waist baggy black pants.
She added a black blazer over a gray hooded cardigan and left both items unfastened so as to show off her skin. The 24-year-old added white sneakers, wore her long hair in a ponytail and covered up with sunglasses and a face mask.
