Gwyneth Paltrow is sharing what she’s leaving behind. The 52-year-old actress and Goop founder posted a video on her Instagram on Sunday (December 29) with a list of all she’s “let go of” and leaving behind in 2024.

In the post, she wrote: “My friend got me a numerology reading, and I learned I’m in a nine year, which is year of completions and endings.

I had a few very strong lessons around completing certain things. I had a bunch of goodbyes this year.
