Fans of the children's author Julie Donaldson are used to getting a festive treat every year when one of her incredible books is brought to life on the telly.

In previous years youngsters have enjoyed animated versions of The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo's Child, The Highway Rat, Stickman, Room on the Broom and more.
