Greta Thunberg to speak at Edinburgh International Book Festival

Greta Thunberg will make her first public appearance in Scotland since the COP26 UN climate change conference in November 2021.The climate activist will be taking part in an event titled It's Not Too Late To Change The World at the the Edinburgh International Book Festival, chaired by writer and broadcaster Gemma Cairney.Thunberg will start the event - at the Edinburgh Playhouse on Sunday, August 13 - with a speech and it will be followed by an an in-depth conversation about her activism and her book The Climate Book.
