TV chef Gregg Wallace has responded to disgruntled customers criticising his healthy-eating website, following complaints about poor customer service and refund issues. The 60 year old, who stepped down as co-host of MasterChef last November, launched the fitness site back in 2020 after he impressively lost five stone 'without going on a diet'.
He later rebranded it to GreggWallace. health which, according to the site description, offers 'sustainable lifestyle changes'.The website states: "Our platform is a testament to the belief that achieving wellness shouldn't be a struggle.
With over 450 nutritious recipes, insights from health specialists, and a vibrant community, we've created a sanctuary for those looking to transform their lives." However, after a wave of complaints from customers struggling with automatic subscription renewals and seeking refunds, a spokesperson told Metro: "The membership renewal policy is very clear and we send out reminder notices by email before any money is taken.
Anyone who feels they've been incorrectly charged should contact us and we'll be happy to resolve the situation." They added: "Gregg Wallace Health has helped many people, with thousands of members now leading happier and healthier lives.", reports the Mirror.
