Greg Inglis will finally make his long-awaited Warrington Wolves debut against Hull Kingston Rovers next weekend, Steve Price has revealed.
Inglis is yet to make his Super League bow after signing for the Wolves, with the club opting to take their time with the 34-year-old given how it is two years since his last rugby league appearance.
Price confirmed on Wednesday that Saturday’s game with Catalans will come too soon for Inglis, but then revealed he should be ready in time to face Rovers next Saturday. “Greg won’t play this week - it’s more than likely the following week against Hull Kingston Rovers,” he said. “He still has a few more hurdles to overcome, and he’s got a big day coming up later in the week for himself.
